ECOB is not investable until the convertible debt problem is solved. Don't lose your money... by paying off their debt...when you think you are buying equity. Research their 10-Q.. specifically convertible debt numbers. One of the last great ECOB press releases caused over 300 million shares to be traded in one day, as debt holders dumped shares into the market to fill huge buy orders.
