Quality management... would put out a statement... on the web site... as to what you just posted... and each month if nothing changes... then that would be reported... but I doubt very much if absolutely NOTHING... is or has been going on... up on the Mountain... I bet there are close to daily communications between parties... as they study and analyse a game plan...
And why can't the shareholders be updated on the plan for removing the stop sign... Specially since a date was promised... and now missed... and Kevin goes radio silent... instead of giving an explanation... just Horrible communication skills... MDMN shareholders are more in the dark under Kevin's watch... then they ever were before...
I assume that the storage locker is in North Vancouver but are the files still there? Is the rent being paid? So, who pays the rent, and who has the key? Kevin should know this, yes? If the rent hasn't been paid those files are probably in the garbage and the locker has been re-rented.
There may be important information within the paperwork files that may help Medinah with their legal cases and in any case prudent management should care to keep all the historical records safe and sound. The files should be collected and kept safe by Medinah.
