Yeah, but according to the filing the shares were issued on 5/8. That's 3 weeks ago already. There has been a lot of big volume days since.

Yep...and, everyday, they receive more shares,from a lower PPS, at a 50% discount, until all debt resolved...ugly, toxicity, nothing Christian can do but deliver shares, zero reason for debt holders to negotiate anything, or, even discuss it, obligatory PR fluff on Christian's part IMO...
