YEAH, I think you're right, which makes it even more dismal? And again, that's a "mean", meaning some lived a week longer, while some other dude got 2 or 3 months, thus they get a "mean" of 1.4 months or whatever. It's noise level, not even worth taking the "treatment" or spending the money IMO.
AND, that's after extreme "data sifting", which means the vast, vast majority "treated" with BAVI, they got NOTHING, NOTHING better than a 3 cent sugar pill would've given um.
Again, probably could've given the entire trial population a bowl of oatmeal each AM, a 15 or 20 minute daily walk in some sun and fresh air, a vitamin C IV or some other dreamed up concoction, and beat the entire "SUNRISE TRIAL" ole "results", by a 100% or more.
Again, looks to me like PPHM is down to being a CONTRACT MANUFACTURER and the era of BAVI-MAGIC smoke and mirrors is coming to an end.
You can only blow it so many times, only get beat by a placebo so many times, before the "money boys" and the smarts in the medical review population are no longer even gonna read your papers or reports or PR or hype or whatever. They'll all just collectively say, "Oh, oh its the BAVI guys again, the mouse and rat test club dudes, the placebo goop group."
This can't be good news, it couldn't have come back any weaker seems to me. IF THIS, IF THIS is all they got- then I think BAVI is a "SHOVEL READY PROJECT" about ready to be buried for good. Who's gonna sink any large coin into this go-nowhere "GOOP" now? Who?
Better hope that AVID holds up, or seems to me this pup tent's gonna fold up, like faster than a Cub Scout special in a CLASS 5 hurricane.
