I looked up asc bioscience from today's finra list. It looks like they underwent a name change with Nevada SOS back in April, so before dolv's name change in may. This means they waited atleast 2 months for symbol change from the SOS name change.

Ofcourse, every circumstance is different. Chinese reverse mergers, especially one of dolv's size could take longer. Finra won't do a symbol change within 60 days of the last corporate action announcement (dolv's reverse merger PR was 60 days ago)
