The OTCM has made it less restrictive to maintain the OTCQB tier - plus it wouldn't be delisted - just back OTC Pinks.

You don't have to be a SEC filer to "quality" for the OTCQB this year. The OTCM wants to get as many companies as possible on the OTCQB because it is another income stream for OTCM.

The OTCQB is used for pumping purposes only.
