LOL, they had their chance when the SEC sent them their delinquency notice.

Hoping to unload a few shares on the gray market? Why bother, the price will be in the trips the first day or two. And will trade infrequently.

In other words, stick a fork in this.....it's done.

Sad to see it go, these folks showed occasional flashes of imagination in their laughable promotions.

Thanks for the reply. They said to you what I would expect them to say. I would like to know is why they let it go so long. The stock I was involved in that went gray it took one in a half years to get off the grays. It has never been the same.

I highly doubt they will audit all the delinquent financials by this Wednesday 4:30 pm Houston time.

I know those at DDCC are super human, but they are not accounting gods.

thanks for your info from the company. glad to hear they are making it a priority now to get the financial reports up to date. their business deals will move along better once this is done too.
