How can that occur in the next 12 months? Both cultivation sites in NEvada are still in the planning stage without funding IMHO ( 8 million needed) and they just signed another LEASE in California to allow another third party grow Marijuana for them????

I agree, but still think they want to see if they can build a Greenhouse in Nevada first and are waiting for regulators to make it happen.
