This is the defunct Oceanic Research and Recovery shell.

No merger documents have ever been filed. FINRA will not approve a ticker change without an actual merger occurring.

Why would McCusker want to actually assume the debt burden of the old shell? Appears he already has plenty of debt problems himself.

Easier to just keep the ruse up that ORRV is McCusker something and use the shell so he can pay his private debts.

The public has been paying the private company debt of which they own ZERO interest in.

So far the business model is working just fine selling stock based on mass misinformation and Section 3(a)(10) abuse.
