Max, Pretty sure. From the SEC.gov site:
A registration statement on Form 10, Form 20-F, or Form 8-A to register a class of equity securities under Section 12(g) becomes automatically effective 60 days after the date of filing. A company cannot seek to delay the automatic effectiveness of such registration statement.

Max it's for sure. I will say all the name calling, and trash talking between Seeking and I is a lot more entertaining than charts and dull ass ,oh look CHRON has this. Even though everyone complained we atleast kept your attention during building process. We discussed pro and con on every move company made. Our resident flipper was able to accumulate 200 thousand shares and seemed happy to become a long. I had hoped with a little volume maddog could get this going, but it's still not enough volume to flip. We need investors, can have the greatest company in the world, but if you don't have investors, you don't have crap .
