Where is the public record of this oft-repeated assertion that this latest K trial was insisted on by a BP and relatedly, where was it that the company acknowledged they are doing this trial with the exclusuve intent of partnering if/when the POC results meet this specific BP's expectations?

I must have missed all the talk the company has given on this topic, and look forward in advance to clear and unequivocal answers.

More accurately, BP told them what they'd like to see. (And it is no surprise at all. I've been looking for deeper K MOA research myself since 2014, and I'm just some retail investor in the company.) The point was it is being done to get an immediately subsequent deal.
