Yes I agree. It could very well be the recording is magnifying the sound, but regardless it's individual preference. There's a lot of bang for the buck without sacrificing performance for the current $99 price point, and I for one don't have a problem with 15 seconds of grinding noise to get the type of result I'm seeing in these videos. Down the road, if they find the consumer is willing to pay considerably more for a quieter motor, then that's something to look into in v3.
