I don't mind having a constructive conversation, but you're putting the cart before the horse, and that's not a productive conversation. Relax, give it a second for the first person to get their shipment before finding fault. There will be plenty of time for that, and not even the iPhone to this day is without flaws.
I understand what you are saying. Personally it would be my preference to to have it silent like my dishwasher but there is a downfall to it being silent not knowing if it works. But that's just my preference some people don't mind the noise especially that they know it's grinding. Maybe when I was younger living with my parents and didn't want them to know I was rolling but although my preference is silent the noise doesn't bother me. I am sure Yaniv and co have plans in the future to make sure they are always ahead of the game cause competition will start shortly and fiercely. Pen simple doesn't count that's garbage.
