No, they are two separate things. FINRA controls ticker change. Deadline for financials is set by OTCM.

I'm willing to bet the fins have been done for weeks...I think they have no interest in releasing anything under the DOLV ticker, personally I wouldn't want to either. The fact they are not, to me, is a huge plus. They aren't trying to pump this, over promote etc...def not your typical otc play here, a real gold mine IMO
