if you think management screwed up, then you must believe that Nasrat intentionally ignored FDA guidance. It's a fact that Nasrat either followed their guidance or he ignored it. There are no other options. If you say he screwed up, then you are saying Nasrat intentionally sabotaged his own wealth.
