I think the company has every intention of staying pink for the near future, and letting the PPS run.

However, as far as I can gather, they need to move to a higher exchange so that they have access to better financing.

Pinks are screwed as far as access to venture capital. Usually they can only get toxic financing, and are forced to dilute heavily to meet the low-end, quasi-loan shark Vulture Capitalist demands.

In the long run, shareholders will benefit heavily from AUGC's move to the AMEX, imo.

Better funding will lead to a virtuous cycle of more acquisitions, more earnings and a higher PPS for the future.

If a company really wants to thrive these days, it MUST get out of the pinkie ghetto. Too many day flippers, short sellers and barely regulated market makers controlling the PPS.

There could be a bump during the transition, but this is one of the few plays where looking at the bigger picture will pay off, in my mind.
