As a public company if they plan to give information a a conference that is not currently public knowledge...they must publicly communicate this before they do so at the conference.

Timeline? What for? Just like the last 2 hyped up ASCO conferences pmcb bragged about, they are only attending, something anyone can do. The only difference is the average attendee doesn't try soliciting unwanted garbage to reputable companies like a peddler on the Vegas strip.
