There are three ways of meeting the AMEX PPS requirement, in my opinion:

1) R/S
2) Stock buyback
3) Reverse Merger with a low float AMEX listed shell

Most seem to think option 1 or 3 are the most likely

Don't rule out #3, is what I hear.

But nothing would be known until after October.

Yesterday's PR ruled out a r/s until after the next board meeting end of October.

Maybe they want to see what their options look like at that point, and market conditions...
