They are NOT panic sells. It is diluted shares being sold to the market.
The OS already grew, meaning dilution for all of us. Those shares came from the treasury. Now, they are being dumped on us, the traders, at whatever price they can get for them. They are still making about 400% on them.
Why do you think they call it 'toxic'?
