Just an attempt to sell worthless warrants or preferred shares to unsuspected investors. They can't sell new diluted shares anymore because there are no more sucker buyers buying this POS anymore. They won't R/S because the warrant holders will just convert and dump new shares which will drive the pps back to "no bid" so quickly before they have a chance to make a buck. So the only thing the Vapor crooks can do at this point is sell worthless warrants off market to uninformed investors, then those investors will be stuck just like the current shareholders.
HCMC is triple toast and nothing but a money sucking SCAM.
