The shares are not trading anymore but this is for those shareholders that were holding when they delisted the stock which was also the plan effective date. The equity committee is apparently alive and kicking. I would've bought more if I had known the EC survived. They have outside counsel that is working on a contingency based on recoveries for shareholders. I believe the claims hurdle is about $2m. With 11.3m shares outstanding this would be a nice payout if they can clear it.
