Well, converting debt at this level makes sense...

...if the insiders all understand that this is a dead, empty shell and that every conversion dumped on a credulous dupe public investor, no matter at what price, is converting imaginary assets into real money.

Consider the possibility that FCGD is, at its core, a dead, empty shell. What are its alleged "assets," anyways?
