Another reason it kept dropping is because the financials the last 2Q didn't show much income, certainly less than what was expected...
They basically just about broke even last year....the year before they were profitable and did 2x in revenues....
So...Not getting deals closed in a timely manner....caused income to drop....causing them to be cash flow negative...forcing them to take out some small notes....which caused mild dilution....which made the stock drop....
But I know the ship is headed in the right direction now....
They recently PRd that their Kingsman James HR division was bidding on 3.5 ml in job recruitment contracts...if they land most of those, they'll have very nice revs coming in addition to whatever is in the pipeline already....
If we see a cross trade it t trade today, it is most likely the noteholder selling shares to finish up that note....
