Until the SEC and FINRA receive an application and approve a name change Net Savings Link, Inc is still the listed publicly traded entity. It doesn't matter what Tilton says or does or where Net Savings Link, Inc is domiciled it has nothing to do with the publicly traded entity as far as the regulators are concerned.
