Ok, sounds good. The only thing left (in the future) would be for management of Medinah to collect or take control of the old records (start paying the rental and have the key) from the storage locker.

Do you know the status of Medinah's claim against Les Price, Pamela Fitzpatrick and GXK Ventures, the mentioned John Does and/or the Okanadian claim against Medinah Minerals, Les Price and MMC Mines?

all of the old records of medinah dating back to 1998 were in a storage locker and i personally do not know if they were ever picked up by gary or tupper

Do you know who pays the rent for the storage locker and who has the key?
