Healthy but not easy on the nerves lol.. no pain no gain a lot of times with otc.. I can't even count how many stocks I got shook out of and right after rip and roared.. as well as how many stocks I held through a 30% (and once in a while even more) haircut like a lunatic only to have it pay off big time.. gotta have balls of steel sometimes for the big wins
