Yes. Seems like a win win situation. We have 30 days to convert so it is my expectation is for XTRN to start to catch up in terms of price.

Advantages to keeping XTRN:
1 - No restricted shares and don't have to do anything.
2 - XTRN is in a prime growth position
3 - 5% XREE royalites
4 - Guessing share structure to improve
5 - Debt eliminated

Advantages of converting to XREE:
1- Currently worth over 10x more than XTRN

Disadvantages of converting to XREE:
1 - Restricted shares
2 - May have to pay a fee

Again, either way looks like a win/win situation. My plan is to wait until end of month to see how thing transpire to fully decide but, as of now, my intent is to keep my XTRN shares and add as I can.

by converting you are betting you will get $3.75/share 6 months from now(or 1 year)
.36/share will be your break even point 6 months from now
xree issued shares for .05/share in march of this year while the pps was still $3.90 read latest filings
if they only value their own shares at .05 you had better watch out
216.5 million o/s @ XREE but only a little over 500,000 shares aree "free trading" that's how they are able to inflate the pps to whatever they want, is XREE really worth $895,000,000 with only $12,000 in revs for the 1st quarter 2017? Even at .05/share it's a 10 million dollar valuation

you have a good average of .0012 i would consider bailing on the next pop or take the long bet with XREE

Please help me understand. I have 3 millions shares of XTRN at a value of 3600. THe PR says I can receive 1 XREE share for every 300 xtrn... which is 10,000 shares of XREE. XREE is trading at 3.75... so 37,500 in value.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of not converting to XREE
