Yes, but just imagine the line of folks that will be ready to sell after 1 year, not 6 months?? Let's just say the pps stays at $3.60 on XREE, the pps will plummet way down as all are ready to exit. I had an SEC attorney look at the deal and he told it was a slick deal for company, not for sharedolders........

Good point. An easy fix to thst is a reverse split which no where did it read, NO R/S on PRs...
