Polaco, I don't think you're looking at updated information. Nasdaq is showing the top 5 holders of ADXS as Adgage, Fidelity, Blackrock, Vanguard and Broadfin (and Broadfin owns 1.5 million shares of ADXS.) Pictet is not listed as a current holder.
