OTC Markets uses the Threshold list and the OTC Equity Short Interest lists exclusively. They do NOT use the meaningless Short Volume Report.

Why so passionate? Because for the past seven years I've been watching people try to use the short volume reports as proof of enormous short positions. It is, as I said, meaningless.
