CEO does not want to unveil the big announcement when skull and bones is up. Most big $$$ and new investors will see that and immediately dismiss the company as illegitimate. Plus being current allows all broker's and more hedge funds to but in. A smart man... doesn't want to waste the opportunity.

Some brokerages will not allow you to trade stocks with the crossbones either . So to get the biggest bang you need to be in a position that all brokerages can trade your company .

It comes off as scamy and stock hyping.. I've seen it happen before .. they or a bunch of things and don't back it up then get suspended.. better to do it right, just how they are doing. More professional also.. jmo

A lot of people can't buy when a stock is classified as dark. After the Skull and Crossbones are removed, we will see 4 or 5 new MMs and volume pick up. By waiting PGPM will get a lot more bang for the buck.

My guess is that's what got them the skull and crossbones to begin with. I'm not sure exactly when it went to skull and bones from stop sign, but i imagine the press releases last year in July and Oct. with no filings in 7 years is what got them. It's one of the reasons OTC lists for adding skull and bones to a ticker.
