I like it..

It will definitely make a big dent in Organized Crime.

But..then Organized Crime will then recruit their dealers to sell Cocaine and Heroin.

The thing that bothers me is the increased Heroin Deaths[in the U.S. anyway].

Is that happening in Canada Too?
