So true, 'royalties' are a good thing and when they are paid it helps flush out those short. I believe the royalty creates an additional cost to those in short positions...?

Yea but if everyone starts to feel like you from today's PR and keeps their shares then XREE can back out. Remember part of the buyout is that they get a min of 60% of the OS.....

The buy out is also to include the buyback of the 5% Royalty according to the PR.


The offer by XREE is a repurchase of the royalty stream from the X Train brand license.
