I do not have Bloomberg, but take a look at Nasdaq. Their website lists all the holders of ADXS and Pictet is currently not one of them, so they sold (wether it be they lost confidence in O'Connor or the lack of proper corporate governance or the innefficient use of shareholder resources I do now know the reason.)
