Since Medinah Minerals Chile (the corporation) was dissolved, all those original contracts - there would have been at least 3 originals contracts signed by all parties for each deal Medinah Chile did - should be under control of Medinah management. Have they been sent to the office in the USA? There should be nothing of Medinah's, and Medinah Chile, left in Chile and in Les Price's office. Nothing. What about the historical banking statements and the bank returned checks from the early years? still with Les? There was a Canadian subsidiary company owned by Medinah Minerals, where are those records? Still with Les?

Next up is the Minute book for Medinah Minerals and who has current possession of it now. Still with Les? Everything of Medinah's should be out of the hands of Les Price and under the control of Medinah Minerals current management. If Medinah doesn't do their proper housekeeping now then the future will remain hazy.
