An LOI is a legitimate and SOP step setting up the purchase agreement where the final details are laid out and a closing is scheduled.

There is only one way a legitimate investor looks at this LOI and that is it's a great step towards establishing franchises in Bahrain and then elsewhere around the world and in the US.

Anything else is just lies.
