Catani, unfortunally I see it the sama way as you! If nobody thinks the Stock is à buy now, then when?

I'm more than baffled by the lack of buying right now.

People will only buy if they believe that other people will buy.

1) They have to FILE. (The PRE14C). No more BS in press releases.
2) Then discuss it during the CC
3) Get a loan/financing for Tri-way
4) File AGAIN
5) Announce a stock repurchase program. I already know what the shorts are thinking. Who cares, right?
6) File AGAIN. DEF14C. BANG. Now hit the market with a press release, announcing the Record Date(s).

And then we still have about 3 weeks time until the ex-date for the stock to appreciate in value.

That's how you do it.
