Good Morning the post that said she was screwed from the restaurants seemed unbelievable because there would be contracts that would protect them from that sort of thing. Most have clauses in them that if they faulted the old owner would get it back. Also they should have been paid all or a big chunk of money before handing it over. Most of the time the restaurant wouldn't have even shut down for a buyout. Also the lease would need paid by one or the other or the landlord would be evicting them. So my thoughts are that post isn't really true and thank you for making a few calls. GLTU
