We have not lost lawsuits in the typical way --- a hearing and a loss

We have not been allowed to present our case to the court for a hearing or ruling as Judges have read the prohibition of court action on the conservator as written and felt they had no choice but to grant the GOV's motion to dismiss the case without a hearing
