yes and no..imo, looks like a r/s but also a valuation of 10x pps of post merge, if it was a direct r/s 300:1 would give us pps of .36 but we will be at xree pps at $3.6 thats a automatic 10 bagger...unless I am missing something...regardless I am wanting to see how this unfolds

So the XREE shares are not extra you lose or give up your XTRN for XXXX number of XREE....you may be right about clever R/S.
