My mortgage is very small. It is the only thing I've ever caught the bottom on, lol. Bought in October of 2011. Plus I am in a low cost area. I original bought at .0077 and sold for .007 which was a bad move of course. Then shortly after loaded at .0105, .012, .0146 and .017.
My average is .0129. Nothing amazing but can't complain. Plus I think we are going to have some amazing news that coincides with an amazing run.
