That can be one of many reasons to get the yield sign. However SIPC filed their last Q 3-31-17 So fillings are up to date. On March 1, 2017 the attorney was placed on the shit list. The yield sign been there what a little more than 2 months. Like Man said good companies usually don't allow that to happen cause its a drag on the company and credibility. Its like someone thrown out the anchor why the boat is trying to sail away. The only thing worse is a stop sign. IMO SIPC
