As I clearly said in my last post, I don't believe the Feds would allow a "smoking gun" to be released to the public unless it was illegally leaked, as happens quite frequently.
That doesn't detract from the importance of the documents being released to plaintiffs.
If you are claiming that a smoking gun would never get released to plaintiffs, I suggest you have an in-depth conversation with Ex-President Nixon.
