Yes Doog. I have talked to OTCmarkets at length regarding their process.

Once all filings are in and fees paid, they take some time to review. That is the limited information time period. Once they are satisfied everything complies with reporting requirements then it goes current status. During the review there may be questions or need to restate a filing to comply with reporting. Either way it will be going current here soon. The CE logo is the last piece to come off once they do go current. That alone is only an OTCmarkets delayed process in bringing a CE ticker back current.

Make no mistake this is very close to being fully current!
