What do you think happens to the shares that lenders get as a result of not being paid their loans plus interest? They aren't stock traders, they are money lenders. The stock is unwanted, except as a way to get their money back so they can reinvest it. Yes, the OS is maxed out - THOSE are the shares I'm talking about. Most of those are not held by traders, but by lenders - who don't want stock.
They hire brokers to dump it back for cash, which is done carefully to maximize profit for both the broker and lender.
ICLD stock won't move smoothly until all these shares are cleared out to actual traders.
Why do you think it tanked so badly after the runup to .09? Because millions of shares were dumped to get cash, and it was quite profitable for them.
Some traders sold too, but it is the dilutive shares that hold the sell pressure - that's exactly why it's called 'toxic' debt - it dilutes shareholders, drops the price, and then you get to wait for all those toxic shares to move from lender hands to trader hands. The lenders never even buy one share.

tacao1 what chart are you looking at ,this is a disaster
