to be very clear, when the lawyer, robert hackney, was hired the first thing he did was to gather all the corporate legal records and maintain them properly. dennis tenny, the ceo, provided a complete book of the medinah history , including copies of every contract and all corporate info to that point. later hundreds of pages of corporate records were provided directly to the company president gary goodin

Boy, I sure hope you're right about the records and that Les didn't withhold a few.

Why did he provide copies? Why weren't the originals provided? Did Les provide the copies to Mr. Tenny? Did Mr. Tenny go to North Vancouver and personally go through Medinah's files at Les's office and insure that all the Medinah business records and files were removed from Les's control? Or did Les have Pamela do it and Mr Tenny took Les's word that the list was complete? Who controls the originals now and where are they physically located? How many originals are missing and secretly now in Les's possession?

People want to know. :)
