Unfortunately for all of us holding this stock I believe you are correct. The May 31st deadline has now past and it appears Dennis did nothing to prevent MNVN from being permanently revoked in Nevada. It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 14 Business days for the NVSOS to update their website. But for those interested, the link below may be used to review the corporate status. GLTA
