Steele has requested a jury trial so at least any decision will not come from some political hack masquerading as a judge. I feel confident that he feels confident he can convince a jury that the government just decided to run over a group of its citizens, playing political games with the money mongers (all of whom should be strung up among the cherry trees by the Jefferson Memorial).
