Hi Pauliee,
I was just looking on Pacer and can not find this case. ??? Any clue why? I was looking for any docket updates.

The only case that comes up under Form Holdings was the Form Holdings Corp. v. Briest, CASE #: 1:16-cv-09454-GBD, Southern District of New York

....and we know that was the case wrt breach of contract in acquiring ExpreSpa.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
