Down to 1 hotel and they're barely hanging on. The concept is old news. This is Colorado for lord sake. Cops/landlords/hotels don't care anymore. They can't contain it, and joel wants to charge 200-300 a night. His lease agreements suck. His shitty attitude has ruined all his business connections. A little DD on the guy and you should know very fast to stay tf away. I warned this board this time last year that silverthorne was closing and so was San ayre and no one wanted to listen. This pos has nothing good going for it. Period
